Dutch Payroll Services

Dutch Payroll Services | Salarisadministratie

 

If you are an employer based in Netherlands, or if you employ staff who are, you will need to make sure you comply with Dutch Payroll Laws.

The Netherlands Payroll Service offered by APS Global is fully-compliant with Dutch legislation. If you are a new employer, our set-up procedure includes assistance in registering with the Dutch authorities, and our standard Dutch payroll service is based on the following:

  • Own secure login code for employers and Managers (MSS)
  • Overview of all necessary information
  • Request payslips/annual statements
  • HRM Matters (leave statements, absenteeism, training and assessment etc)

French Payroll Services

 

If you are an employer based in France, or if you employ staff who are, you will need to make sure you comply with French Payroll Laws.

The French Payroll Service offered by APS Global is fully-compliant with French legislation.  If you are a new employer, our set-up procedure includes assistance in registering with the numerous French authorities, and our standard French payroll service includes the following:

  • Monthly services
    • Preparation of payslips
    • Integration and setting of the parameters for new employees
    • Dispatch of documents
    • Preparation and transmission of salary payment by transfer files and listings
    • Social contributions reports
    • Preparation of social contribution filings (URSSAF, GARP, ASSEDIC, Pension and Supplementary Health Insurance Organisations) for monthly payments to social organisms.
  • Quarterly Services
    • Preparation of quarterly social contribution filings (URSSAF, GARP, ASSEDIC, Pension and Supplementary Health Insurance Organisations, GSC) for quarterly payments to social organisms.
  • Annual services
    • Preparation and transmission of the DADS 1 return
    • Preparation and transmission of URSSAF, Assedic, pension, provident funds and other social organism declaration and adjustment forms.
  • Exceptional services
    • Preparation of documents when an employee leaves (final salary payment, ASSEDIC certificate, work certificate)
    • Preparation of sickness, maternity, paternity certificates
    • Unique declaration of hire
    • Advice on level 1 social law
    • Access to an online user area, where you can view your reports online (providing you with an additional backup) and read articles about changes to legislation. This is a 24hr service.
    • Access to a payroll helpline, so if you have any real or hypothetical questions we will give you advice on the legislation and it only costs the price of the phone call.
  • Additional Chargeable events:
    • New starters (including registering their details with the relevant authorities).
    • Leavers (including registering their details with the relevant authorities, and providing an ASSEDIC certificate, Work Certificate and final calculation of salary).
    • If the company leaves France, we can close down the employer scheme for you.

Irish Payroll Services

If you are an employer based in the Republic of Ireland, or if you employ staff who are, you will need to make sure you comply with Irish Payroll Laws. These are totally different from the UK laws (for example the tax year runs from January to December) and beyond the scope of ordinary UK payroll software, and not all payroll people in the UK will have the knowledge to run an Irish payroll.

The Irish Payroll Service offered by APS Global is fully-compliant with PAYE and PRSI legislation, including the calculation of BIK. We can send your monthly P30 amounts online via the Revenue Online Service and also process your P45s and year end returns via the same media. We can handle from 1 to 10000 employees, and can provide either a payment list, or a Paypath file for you to use. You can chose whether we send the payslips or you do, and how you would like to receive your reports.

To set up the payroll we can send you either forms, spreadsheets or an Access Database for you to enter all details on, or if your payroll software is compatible with the ones we use, we may be able to just take a backup of your system and import the details that way.

The year end procedure includes producing your P35 and P60s for each employee, and sending the information online via ROS.

Payroll Services for Guernsey and Jersey

APS Global offer payroll services to both the jurisdictions in the Channel Islands. As neither Jersey or Guernsey (and their associated islands) are part of the UK, they have their own tax laws, and indeed, their own separate tax laws.

Jersey Payroll Services

For Jersey, we ensure that your payments are all correctly classified for ITIS and SS, apply the correct tax percentages according to the employees effective rate notice and SS in accordance to their Registration Card. You’ll have no need to worry about your monthly ITIS submissions – we will send these directly to the Income Tax Office, and we will do the same with your quarterly Social Security returns. Our software also caters for BIK returns, incorporating the data in the December XML returns.

 

Guernsey Payroll Services

For Guernsey employers, we undertake a similar service a for Jersey – calculating ETI and SI deductions according to the prescribed rates, and taking into account any Direction notices as advised by the Guernsey Income Tax Office. We also create your ETI and SI quarterly returns and submit these via email to the relevant offices.

Channel Islands Payroll Services

For both jurisdictions we can offer a choice of printing/email and postage options for payslips, and can also pay your employees via BACS should you require it.
